A few days ago, I traveled to the UK to pick up my first Lotus, a Lotus Elise 111R, a dream I’ve had since I was 10 years old. One of the must-visit stops on my trip was Lotus Silverstone, where I wanted to buy some merchandise as a souvenir. There, I met Aimee, without a doubt the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. From the very first moment, she provided excellent service, showing great interest in our journey and in the Lotus, even offering help for our return trip to Barcelona (2,000 km). The confidence and peace of mind she gave me made this experience even more special. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and attentive in the automotive world, and Aimee truly made a difference during my visit to Lotus Silverstone. Beyond helping me with my merchandise purchase, her kindness and willingness to advise me on the journey back were invaluable. In moments like these, when you fulfill a lifelong dream, it’s a real pleasure to meet people who share your enthusiasm and make it even more special. For all these reasons, I sincerely want to thank her for her time, dedication, and exceptional service. Without a doubt, if I have the opportunity to visit Lotus Silverstone again in the future, I know I will be in the best hands.

Second visit to Lotus Silverstone this year so far. In for a service a few weeks ago and then some items that’s ere highlighted during the service were addressed today. The team were diligent and welcoming and ensured I was kept informed when parts had arrived. Godfrey is a relatively new addition to the team and has been excellent to deal with for the service and subsequently the items then required. As always Aimee was also on site and took the time to come and say hello while I was in. Thanks again for today’s swift and excellent work.
